Warri Celebrates Independence Day With Special Thanksgiving Service
The atmosphere was filled with excitement as disciples, friends and family members all came to church not just to celebrate Nigeria at 53 but also to give thanks to God almighty for His incredible faithfulness all through the month of September.
A couple also use the opportunity to present their newly born baby boy to God almighty, the giver of all things.
The children were not left out as a lot of time was dedicated to all the kids to show their love for their fatherland with a colorful display of various native attire (with a touch of green) and the National anthem was sang by the kids also with a special song by some preteens.
Awards were given to the best dressed kids on the basis of the classes.
The highlight of the event was the choir who took over the stage and render songs in the Niger delta dialect of Ijaw, Ishekiri & Urhobo and the whole has was filled with excitement as people danced to the glory of God almighty.
