What is the 2024 West Africa Missions Leadership Conference all about?

The WAM Leadership Conference 2024 is being hosted by the Port Harcourt church in Nigeria for the first time and it’s a unique opportunity for leaders all over the English Speaking West Africa Missions to come together for a time of inspiration, collaboration, and equipping for the mission fields. 

Who is Eligible to Attend the 2024 WAM Leadership Conference?

Whether you are actively involved in mission works or simply passionate about making a difference in West Africa, this event is for you. Disciples from 35 churches spread across 6 countries in West Africa will be attending.

Where is the 2024 WAMLC Holding?

The 2024 Leadership Conference will be held in Port Harcourt, Nigeria at the Suntaal Event Center from 8-11 August 2024. Port Harcourt is the capital and largest city of Rivers State in Nigeria. It is the fifth most populous city in Nigeria after Lagos, Kano, Ibadan, and Benin. It lies along the Bonny River and is located in the oil-rich Niger Delta.

What is the Registration Cost for the 2024 WAM Leadership Conference?

The 2024 WAMLC registration fee is N15,000 or $10. Payment Deadline is July 8, 2024. After the deadline, registration will cost N20,000 ($20).

Does registration for the Leadership Conference also cover Accommodation and Feeding throughout the Conference?

Registration for the conference DOES NOT cover accommodation and feeding. For more details on Accommodation, please check the Registration Link or contact Curtis at +234 809 929 9200. Do note that any participant who wishes to make personal arrangements for accommodation apart from the official accommodation is free to do so, and will be required to make payment for the registration fee only.

What is the feeding Arrangement?

A plate of food at the WAM Leadership Conference costs an average of N2,000 per meal and every participant is expected to buy food from the approved food vendors.

What does Registration cover?

Registration fees cover Conference materials (Notepads, Pens, Name tags)

How do I make Transportation arrangements to the 2024 WAMLC?

Transportation is by Air (Aero, Arik, Airpeace, etc.) or Road Travel (ABC Transports, The Young Shall Grow Transports, Efex Transports, Libra, God is Good Motors, etc.) Participants are expected to make their transportation arrangements. Note also that participants from countries outside Nigeria must possess a valid International Passport to travel for the 2024 WAM Leadership Conference. (The driving distance between Lagos to Port Harcourt is 604 km. It takes approximately 8h 38m to drive from Lagos to Port Harcourt. 1 hour 10 min is the shortest flight time from Lagos to Port Harcourt.)
