Ojo-Apapa Wins 2014 ICOC Lagos Children’s Educational Day
The 2014 Children’s Educational Day was held at the Lagos Church’s Surulere Facility on 19th July 2014.
The Educational Day is an annual quiz competition on Mathematics and Spelling for kids in Primary 1 – 6 and Junior Secondary 1 – 3.
This year’s event was indeed a success as the children competed and gave their all. This year’s spelling sessions had both English and Biblical words and also featured parents as life-lines for the first time.
At the end, the Ojo-Apapa region carted home the trophy while Somolu-Mushin and Ikeja-Ketu finished in second and third places respectively.
We give God the glory for a well organized event and also for the amazing deeds He continue to perform in the lives of our children.
