The Art of Becoming – Devotionals in Spiritual Growth & Maturity
Welcome to the 15th edition of the Power Series, an annual devotional publication of the ICOC Nigeria. This year’s theme is “THE ART OF BECOMING.” It implies that we participate in a process – God’s process of making us who He wants us to be. With this understanding, our Christian life becomes a spiritual adventure as we journey with the Lord, able to embrace all that He takes us through and all that He commands us to do because we know God’s goal for us.
This year we have 40 devotional topics for 40 days and a day of reflection at the end of each chapter. The purpose for this is to create the needed space for us to slow down, ponder, assimilate and recalibrate before we dive into each new chapter. The reflection questions are also useful for small group discussions or discipling times.
