Doreen Obaje Takes a Bold Step to Follow Jesus Christ

It was an incredible celebration time in the Warri Church and the Obaje’s as their teenage daughter Doreen, who just clocked 16 years in Feb. 2016, took the bold step to declare Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and got baptized in presence of many witnesses.

For her parents, John and Margaret who lead the church in Warri, it was indeed an emotional and grateful time as they shared how the scriptures has truly transformed and help mold Doreen’s characters over the years through constant family devotionals and character studies taken mostly by her mum, whom she sees now as her sister in Christ and not just a mother.

Doreen hopes to influence more of her class mates and friends towards becoming disciples of Christ and start a deep meaningful relationship with God.

We give God almighty all the glory for many more who will take this same bold step to  follow Christ as teenagers in and outside the Church in Warri.
