Lagos Campus Ministry Community Service
Lagos Campus Ministry Community Service
James 1:27 (NIV)
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows…
The Lagos Campus Ministry demonstrated their love for God and the needy in the community as they extended their act of service to the Less Privilege and Orphanage Home.
The community, which commenced exactly 10.00am on the 18th of April, saw almost all the campus students in attendance at the Heritage Home (Less Privilege and Orphanage Home) at Anthony area of Lagos State. The service was a great time of selflessness and generous exercise of love and care to the needy. Some of the services that took place at the Home includes cutting of grass, washing of play toys, windows, toilets and mopping of floors.
The coordinator of the event, Keme Anota, expressed his gratitude to all the students for their acts of service. He also acknowledged their eagerness and desire in not only cleaning up the Home but also putting a smile in the hearts of the less privileged
