For the past five years, S.W.A.T. Leadership Academy has been in the fore front of grooming, empowering and exposing youths in the act of leadership and self-reliance, as we focus on our cardinal virtues of; Strategic Learning, Work-Ethics, Attitude and Technology (S.W.A.T.)
Over one thousand university students representing more than thirty campuses from thirteen countries in all of Africa’s geo-political zones, Europe and North America have been trained and empowered in these conferences by our team of dedicated volunteer facilitators and lecturers. Our facilitators are all hand-picked professionals and industry captains in their various fields of expertise.
With an estimate of over 23 million unemployed youths in Nigeria (highest in the world!), and many more across the continent, S.W.A.T. Leadership Academy will more than ever in this year’s conference focus on empowering young men and women who will stand in the gap as change agents and “transformers” in their local communities and respective countries at large.
Notable “Transformers” in Africa and beyond will feature throughout this five days gathering. The students will be coached and mentored as they interact and learn from the finest minds. Sessions will be practical as participants initiate and work on project ideas. It promises to be a rewarding time of knowledge, character and faith building.
We invite college students everywhere to sign in this noble adventure, as we form a formidable team in transforming this generation!
ICLC season 6.0 will run from Wednesday, August 20th to Sunday August 24th 2014 at the exquisite Eko Tourist Beach Resort, Lekki Free Trade Zone, where all participants will be lodged.
