Campus: The 2018 International Campus Leadership Conference – Evolution
It was an exciting and amazing 5-day world class International Campus Leadership Conference 2018 anchored by SWAT LEADERSHIP ACADEMY which was held at Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort in Ekiti State.
The theme for this year’s conference was tagged: Evolution and ran from Wednesday 10th October- Sunday 14th October 2018. This international Leadership Conference witnessed delegates across West & East Africa. A total of about 240 students attended this year’s event.
The serenity of the environment was very relaxing and enjoyable as one would appreciate nature at its display.
The International Campus Leadership Conference also witnessed inspiring classes on:
-Emotional Intelligence, (16 personality Test)
-Spiritual Evolution
-Emotional Evolution (I love you but I don’t like you)
-Academic, Career and Workplace Evolution
Physical Exercise was no exemption at this years conference as there were aerobics which was anchored by one of our finest drill instructor.
We had the opportunity to explore The legendary Arinta Water Fall where all participants took up the Iron-man Survival Challenge an activity that was newly introduced to the conference.
The boys were definitely separated from the men as participants engaged in a long 8 miles endurance Trek and also challenge themselves to claim the 7 level of Arinta Water Fall and had another 8 miles Trek back to the conference venue!
Not for the faint-hearted, only the Iron-men and iron heart survived.
God has blessed our country with amazing natural tourist centers across the nation. Mind blowing to see the clear meeting point of where warm and cold spring water meets. This is were science meets nature…
Above all the fellowship and network opportunities the Conference availed was immeasurable. We all will miss Ikogosi Spring Resort embedded in the heart of the forest and wildlife.
Next year promises to be yet another power-packed, earth shaking and back breaking, thunder striking international conference as we see in Cotonou, Benin Republic who will play Host!
