WAM 2015 Online Registration and Printable Registration Form

You can download the 2015 WEST AFRICAN MISSIONS CONFERENCE PRE_REGISTRATION FORM

You are advice to print it out and hand to all prospective delegate from your church. This should be done between this week’s midweek service and Sunday. Form should be filled in the spot and collected immediately for onward transition.

For those in Lagos, please collect the fully completed form back from your delegates and submit immediately to the church office, not later than Monday, 29th of June 2015.
